What Kind Of Training Do You Offer?
I believe that fitness should deliver results but it must also be fun. Most sessions are based on the principles of HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training). This means that you will be working for periods of no more than one minute.

Sessions feature a huge variety of equipment and are adaptable for all fitness levels.

What Kind of Equipment Is Available For My Sessions?
Boxing gloves/pads/bag, dumbbells, spin bike, kettlebells, skipping ropes, BOSU, mini-trampoline, resistance bands, balance board, TRX, body bars – pretty much everything!

Where Is It?
It is in the back garden of my house in Wallington – close to Beddington Park. Free parking is available.
