The main gymnasium is a fully equipped unisex commercial gym suitable for all ages and ability levels with a full range of Life Fitness Insignia resistance and Olympic free-weight equipment.

The main cardio area is fully equipped with industry leading Life Fitness, Concept and StairMaster equipment along with specialist equipment such as WattBike, PowerPlate and GreenJog.

With two professional fully air-conditioned fitness studios operating a comprehensive timetable of over 30 fitness and spin classes every week that are FREE OF CHARGE to our members! Our new purpose built Simulated Spinning Studio caters for 29 Schwinn AC Performance Plus bikes and powered by Spivi giving you the most complete spinning experience in the industry.

The changing facilities with the club are equipped with secure locker facilities, luxury power showers and commercial steam rooms for your comfort.

Personal 1-2-1 training sessions are available with one of our fully qualified members of staff plus don’t forget Carrefour also stocks a wide range of nutritional products and supplements at internet prices and also has two state of the art commercial upright tanning beds available plus an on-site Sports Therapy service.
